L'emploi en Europe est de plus en plus polarisé entre travail non-qualifié et travail hautement qualifié. De plus en plus de gens sont contraints d'accepter des emplois temporaires ou à temps partiel faiblement rémunérés. Quelles sont les implications pour leur vie et leur bien-être ? Les plus touchés, sans doute les jeunes et les migrants, doivent-ils accepter que n'importe quel emploi est mieux que pas d'emploi ? Ou est-ce que l'emploi de mauvaise qualité doit être un motif de préoccupation pour les entreprises, la société et l'économie ?

Ce débat est organisé en partenariat avec la British Academy et fait partie du programme British Academy Debates on Inequalities.
